Stories of the day & other stuff

Coming soon, there will be a new "Love this Church" I have a reader submission and a few pics of my own to post. With blogger mobile still not working for T-mobile... It's a pain in the ass. But I will, I promise. :-)

Here is my WTF Stories of the day:

(From USA Today) Q&A: Octuplet birth raises questions

Here is the important part:

The Associated Press has reported that the mother is a single 33-year-old named Nadya Suleman who already had six children at home, and that all 14 of her children were conceived via in vitro fertilization, or IVF. How she could afford expensive IVF, and why a doctor would transfer enough embryos to result in octuplets, a rare, extremely risky "high-order multiples" pregnancy, is unknown.
OK? WTF? Is she rich? 14 kids??? This bitch (yes, I said bitch) better NOT be on ANY public assistance.

Ex-Illinois governor calls removal a 'hijacking' (also USA TODAY)

The WFT part:

The Illinois Senate unanimously convicted Blagojevich on Thursday of abuse of power, making him the first U.S. governor in more than 20 years to be removed by impeachment.

Blagojevich still faces federal corruption charges including allegations he tried to profit from selling President Barack Obama's vacant U.S. Senate seat.

Blagojevich did not ask to call any witnesses, and did not participate in the trial other than delivering his own closing statement.
He didn't participate. AT ALL. He is a moron. He deserved to be kicked out. He suggested Oprah could be a replacement senator for goodness sake. Delusional idiot.

Other Stuff:

My favorite Superbowl Ads:
  • The Bridgestone ad where the astronauts get their tires jacked
  • The Bridgestone ad with Mr and Mrs Potato Head
  • The Doritos ad with the Snow globe.
  • The Budwiser ad with the Horse that was too big to lift pianos and pull carriages was cute.

They are the only ones I remember what the ad was for and made me laugh

Don't forget to stop over at Have a Good Sandwich so that you can have a good laugh at Pitt Girl's last awesome post.
For Radio highlights to give you chills all over again(cause real fans listen to the radio not the TV): Steelers radio Super Bowl Highlights over at the Blitzburgh Blog.

I'll be trying to get pic's of the parade from work today. Wooo!
